At Life Fitness Brands, we stand behind the quality of our sports gear and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or shipment within 5-7 business days.
