Yes, we offer white-glove assembly and installation for an additional fee. You can select this option at checkout, and our certified technicians will set up your equipment in your room of choice.
What is your return policy for fitness accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, yoga mats and wearable sweatbands cannot be returned once opened.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Life Fitness Brands equipment comes with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty. This typically includes a lifetime warranty on frames and 1-3 years on parts and electronics, depending on the model.
